Awesome brick buster game with crisp graphics and pleasing audio. This is one of the most addicting paddle ball games I have encountered. Definitely worth playing even if this is not your preferred genre. Level 60 is the most challenging of all the boss levels. To master it, have plenty of lives when you reach it. This is accomplished by redoing levels you died on before proceeding to the next level. This preserves the number of lives you have earned thus far. Once you reach level 60, destroy one of the ships to avoid their crossfire.
Loved it. At first it seemed quite difficult. The more I played it, the more I loved it. Would have to play it a lot before I became sick of it. Could do with more games like this one. A nice change from my favourite Time Management games.
This game is very frustrating in that once you get a slow ball it takes forever to get to the end of the game and there seems no way out to get rid of the slow ball. I play lots of games and for the first time gave up on the demo. I say don't bother. This is the first "bad" review I have ever written. I did not like this game at all.
Very addictive game but quite difficult. After two days I can't seem to get past the 8th level. Nice that you can start over on the level you just died on. Very fast paced. Nice graphics and sounds. Didn't think I would like it but after I played the one hour trial I was hooked - fortunately it was even better at the $2.99 price. Would recommend this game but beware!!! you won't be able to stop playing unless you get frustrated and quit. I've done that a couple times but can't seem to stay away.
pretty cool game...killed time when i didn't have anything better to do with my day ...so yeah :')
I love brick busting games and this is a fantastic addition to my collection. There are over 70 levels with 2 "courses" to choose from and at 3 different difficulties. I highly recommend this game as the music is fun, the sound effects don't get on your nerves, and the levels (no matter what difficulty) can be challenging! Even after beating everything, all the levels are still new and fun to complete
This is just a great game. Both I and my son started at the medium level, and he went way past me in terms of moving through the levels. He got stuck on 70 for awhile and also 79, but he finally made it through. I enjoy watching him even more than playing myself, but when I have time it is quite enjoyable. If and when we finish we will start over on the hard level, which I hear is just about as hard as Invadazoid, an incredibly difficult game. All around, this is one of the best arcade and action games there is.
This game is awesome! Very addictive! I don't normally play/purchase this genre of game, but I highly recommend this one! It's a "paddle ball" game where you reflect the fireball. Your paddle/ship has a really wide reflector with bent ends that helps when the ball gets stuck in the back and forth motion and you need it to go bounce off the sides of the frame around the playing field. You control the brightness, the mouse speed, and the type of screen you use - full or windowed. It has several resolutions to choose from if you choose windowed. There are other paddles/ships to unlock and several levels to play. Try to catch the falling reward coins. You are given your statistics at the end of each round. There are surprises that are challenging but not enough to make you throw the computer out the window. You learn fast what to avoid. This game is aptly labeled an arcade game; it has great graphics and sounds. Thank you BFG! :o)
