This series of games is just great -- not too hard , not too easy. Crisp graphics make it easy on the eyes. I'll be playing this game again !
This time where of to New York City but we say there mummy so we do. only kidding the family pack there bags and take a trip to the big apple.it realy the same stuff that on them all one big board a starting place and a finishing place the only good thing about these games are they got diffrent facts about the Citys they have been.and the diffrent mini games but they just change the image to suit the place then theres the diffrent thinks to find. but saying that the items are the same with small diffrences to very game.
I always keep a Big City Adventure type game on the laptop along with a more story-driven game. Every day I play 3 screens & minigames of BCA then go to the other game. That way - its like I'm on vacation in that city. I liked the New York version - the minigames aren't as repetitive (although the "find the top shape" one is kinda dumb) as Australia and the sites and objects are fun to behold. Great game for playing with kids or just getting a way for a while.
This is a fun trip around NYC. This is a HO game you can play at your own pace. Some items are harder to find then others. There are 90 levels so you can play a long time. The mini games are fun and there is a bonus reward for each level. The music is upbeat and easy on the ears. The graphics are colorful and amusing.
I just wish that more of this type of game was online. My husband had a stroke and these games are an excellent way for him to re-gain his memory. I have purchased all of them so far and check every week to see if a new one has been put online. Keep up the good work BIG FISH!
This is a very fun HOG! Just love having a game that I dont wear out my slippers! lol. Just a very relaxing and fun game.
amazing I'm not bored, beautiful color graphics. hidden object is beautiful just the same without a history
Loved it on my iPad! Lengthy too!
I have purchased all the Big City Adventure Games because I like them so much. Great for beginners too with good detailed instructions. Relaxed or timed mode, real information on sights visited in each city and coins to be found in each scene that give you extra hints and time, as well as bonus points. I also enjoy the mini games in between each sight visited, which is good I don't need to skip them. New York is my favourite though as it has Quick Continue (so that I don't have to wait for coins to be counted each time) and Zoom locations with extra clues written in blue. Van Couver is the only other that has every feature as well. Excellent games for anyone who likes plain HOGS without a mystery added.
I played the New York version of Big City Adventure first and that was it, I was hooked on the game, on HOG and especially on Big City Adventure games! Don't quote me, but I think this game has between 80-90 rounds. Between each round is a terrific mini game that you really don't get bored with because there are so many different ones. Big City Adventure is extremely re playable. Before I found the next several Big City Games, I replayed this version at least 3 times and had different experiences each time. If you like to learn interesting facts about places or are a trivia buff, read the dialogue, you really might learn a thing or two, I sure did. Once you have one Big City Adventure game, you will have to have them all, start like I did, with this one, Big City Adventure: New York. I really think you'll love it!
