A bit pointless

I'll admit that word games aren't really my thing, (so far the only one I've liked enough to buy is Word Jong To Go), so maybe that's my problem. I found this game difficult - had to keep shuffling to make many words, couldn't understand all the bonuses, and the story didn't seem to have anything to do with it.

A Keeper

This is a wonderful word game. Different challenge levels make this game interesting. I love word games, and it is hard to find good ones. Sorry, Big Fish, but the quality of your word games isn't as good as your other genres. I often relax with this one.

cute similar to bookworm

Bonnie wants to write children's books, so the stories are familiar tales. You much find word in adjacent blocks. Not too difficult as a word game, but there are tricks along the way. No plot to speak of, except you spell and Bonnie then can write another "chapter."

Great Easy Word Game

Great for passing time while having fun finding words. The solving level is great for beginners and experienced solvers.

One of the Best Word Games!

You really don't want to stop playing this word game. No timer, no loud music, but only hours of word making fun. The storyline is based on Bonnie's ability to write children's stories--not an earth shaking plot--just cute. There are twists when it comes to the differant way the boards are arranged and setup for play. If you like word games, this is one of the best. Shangrila is another of my favorite word games but it does have a timer element--Bonnie's Bookstore is much more relaxing and yet challenging. Now try to find my misspelled word/s--ENJOY!

Pretty cute

This was a pretty cute game and good for people who liked Bookworm. The level of challenge is surprisingly difficult for a game like this; or maybe that was because I felt like it was for little kids. The storyline is one where the main character is a children's book author that finds paintings her father made and decides to write a book based on them. Familiar children stories are then told as you find words. The level of difficulty comes in where unique word blocks come in. Some of them help you (wild star blocks that can stand for any letter) and some of them make the game harder. (Writers block where it you cant use the letter it lands on and the only way you can get rid of it is make words below it.) This was my favorite part of the game because of the random uniqueness of it. I loved the soundtrack because of how sweet and fun it was compared to the background. The background was very childlike-again this game did remind me of a children's game-so that slightly bothered me. Either way this game is good if you just want a word based game. If you are looking for a game like bookworm and don't care for a storyline or great graphics I would recommend this for you.

This Word Games Saves Your Progress!

First let me say that I am a big fan of word games. I've played Bookworm Deluxe, Bookworm Adventures and Jabber. I liked all those games and I love this one. The first thing I really like is that this game actually saves your progress. I was disappointed with a couple of the other word games because they didn't really do this. This game has a predetermined number of levels, and you can go from one chapter to the next. The other thing I like is that each level is a bit different. Turn all the tiles one color in order to pass on to the next level. Different types of tiles are introduced as you progress, such as rainbow tiles, half tiles (which must be used twice) and so on. Also, you get locks if you keep using too many three letter words which makes it fun. Finally, the animated story line is very cute since it refers to famous fairy tales and nursery rhymes. Fun game!
