This game is one of my "go to" M3s that I keep on my desktop. It has a lot of levels (around 135), interesting story line, and a lot of powerups and other helps. It is a very nice match 3 where you have to drop items off the bottom. I keep this on my desktop and play it when I just want to relax. It is not too difficult, but not too easy either. As Goldilocks says - "just right!" I have probably played it around 5 times now and it is still not old. You get powerups by matching different fish and you gain the ability to get more powerups as you progress through the story and find amulet pieces (drop them off the screen). You can purchase more oxygen tanks in the shop (to extend your time) as well as many other items, like bigger treasure chests. When you finish the game, you also get about 20 bonus levels! The music is relaxing and the story is really cute! I highly recommend this game!
Although you must match 3, if you don't really think about it, you will never make it all the way through. I've gone through twice. Hint: never run out of oxygen, and don't buy anything until the nearly end of the game. There are at least 140 levels to play.
I thought it was a very nice M3...fun to play..easy on the eyes..the music is something I will turn off..bubbles are nice but after a while gets to you..but what I have played of it..I liked alot...will buy worth the DD...smiles to all
Brilliant and fast game, I tried the hour Trial and skipped the talking [Dialogue] WOW the match 3 game is fantastic lovely and fast and U never get fed up of this game. I learned things as I went along Level of Challenge was Excellent ++
I have owned this game forever and I love it. As the previous reviewer said it is just right! Not too hard, not too easy. Lots of levels, power ups and fun to play. I have played this all the way through several times. I play when I am looking for something that is just fun without a whole lot of concentration.
If you had told me a year ago that doing a match 3 game could stimulate your brain I would have said, "No way" Deep Blue Sea changed my mind completely! I found it very facinating and as I kept going back and playing it I suddenly realized I was doing things differently, finding easier ways to save the treasure!!! I was completely amazed and so i kept playing it, as well as my HOS games and I was seeing much improvement in my patience and in "seeing" wasy to complete each puzzel! I understand how working on HOS you have to train yoiur brain to think in different directions all the time but NEVER expected a Match 3 to cause brain thought changes! Loved it! Once I figured out I needed to ALWAYS buy the Puffer Fish first and then anything else that was there things really started coming together! the only time I have had to repeat a game is after the story ends you have more games to play and sometimes the program doesn't give you the riaght tools to get the job done! then I discovered that if you "exit" and comback the game eventually gives you what you need!!!! You can see that I do not like doing things over as I do game s to relax not try to rush!!! So this game, Deep Blue Sea is truly a Guilty Pleasure!!!!
One of my favorite M3 games. Not too easy, not too hard! I love the background music, it just relaxes me and puts me in great mood. I would highly recommend this game and I am certain that this will be a game that everyone goes to when they have a few minutes to kill! GREAT!
The graphics were great. The sountrack was fun. The object is to make matches and allow items of value to the bottom of the screen. You can shop with the money you earn and buy items that allow you to make more money. Different levels make this game challenging as well as fun.
This my want to relax Match 3 game. I really enjoy it. Get the Diver, Treasure Chest and Clay Fragments to the bottom. Lovely music. I highly reccommend and also Deep Blue Sea 2 too.
I found the timer to be very generous UNTIL the last few levels and then the sand seemed to just pour out of the timer. Within the "shop", there are 2 areas split in half: *top portion allows you to upgrade your side power-ups which you can use again and again (as long as you match 3 of whatever object necessary) while playing each level and whatever you don't use, carries over to the next level *bottom portion are different power-ups that can only be used 1 TIME (but do carryover if not used) within the entire game UNLESS and UNTIL you buy more. I found that I was happy to have bought lots of oxygen, bombs, and magnets -- this was the only way that I was able to complete each level WITHOUT repeating a level and also complete the game.
