This one is loads of fun. It has two options of play. One is distroy clusters colored blocks, with a minimum number of trys. The second is spear fishing. Along the line of the GOLD RUSH games. Levels become quickly more challengeing and it's great for hand eye coordination. I only got to a medium level in the hour trial. And was having to replay some. Think I'm gonna have to buy this one.
I saw this game not long ago and decided to try the demo.I'm glad I did.I bought it and have been really enjoying it since.
This game gives you a lot of bang for your buck- LOTS of games to choose from, and they are all very addicting. I wish this game were available on the ipad also!
No reviews that I saw said it was timed! I never would have even tried it if I'd known; I play to relax, not get my gut in a twist. So disappointing! There's so few really good PUZZLES...dang.
You get 9 different types of play, <called training areas> each having 25 levels. At every 5th level, there is a mini game. You don't have to complete one entire training area before you start a new one, so you can bounce around and play what you are in the mood to play. When you complete one entire training area, there is a question that you answer and your answer determines in what category you get points. (Mind, Nature, or Craft) You use these 'points' to upgrade the different training areas. The different training areas are... The Dark Lake... This is a fishing game where you collect a certain number of a specific fish and you can collect the treasures too. Pixie Blocks... This is a collapse matching game where you try to create large groups of the same color blocks. Fairie Races... This is like Mario Kart. Mystic Tripeaks... This is solitaire. Gnome Mines... This is like Tetris. You put different shaped pieces in carts of different dimensions. The same colors combine to make larger 'gems' and give you higher points. Runejong... A Mahjong game Alchemy... This is a Match 3 game. Pyromancy... This is a 'shooting' game where you try to collect points by shooting at fireworks type of targets. the more individual targets in your sights at one time the higher your score. Celestial Spheres... This is a marble popping game. This game also allows you to go back and play any or all the levels of a particular training area. Pixie Blocks is my favorite, so I am always in that training area, but it's nice to know that if I get bored with that style of play that there are 8 other types I can choose from. It is true that some of the games have timers... however, I found the timers to be long enough (except in the harder, more challenging levels, as it should be.) I HIGHLY recommend this game to everyone. It really does have something for most everyone.
This game has so many games to choose from, you'll never get bored with it. I'm hooked on 3 the most. But my family uses others the most. So I know there's something for everyone. A few of the games are easier than others. Some more difficult for the faster players. There are many levels so you get to be challenged for a long time. The graphics are beautiful. Great game choices. Seriously, this is a game for everyone. I am not related to anyone to do with the game. lol I truly love it.
I do not know why more reviews are not here. The demo flew by so fast I had to buy it right away. Tons of levels and TONS of fun. I have only played on 2 levels--one where you have to try to get huge blocks of like colors (sort of like bejeweled, but you have to plan ahead for big blocks or u do not progress) to trying to catch different types of fish in a water environment full of rocks, and treasure and poisonous fish! And this was just two of the types of puzzles! It seems that you have to master 5 levels, each a bit harder, before being allowed to go to a different puzzle, OR you can buy the harder levels of the one you are on with the "upgrade" option, paid for by the gems you got or fish you caught, and who knows what awaits me! This is quite simply TONS of fun, addicting as cigarettes, and I am rating it a 5. The things I did not like were mostly all mechanical-- you could not get back to the main menu really easy while in a level and you would lose all progress in it if you did quit. It was also a bit hard to tell in the beginning how u would buy more levels and go on in one, but if you looked, you found out how. Other than this slightly difficult use in the beginning, I still have to rate this a 5. The controls were fast, the cartoon graphics were great, the darn game is so much fun, and I have barely cracked the surface of it! I will bet if you download it you will buy it! I am a fan of hidden object games and rarely purchase an arcade style one, but I can see that this will offer hours of entertainment for ALL ages.
The game description page made this game sound so interesting, promising mini games such as mahjong, solitaire and much more. Why then did I spend 7 levels and 40 minutes catching fish of all shapes and sizes? And that's ALL I did. At least break it up. I don't have the flexibility and dexterity in my hand to be able to catch 35 bottom feeders in a specific length of time anymore. What was promised to be a game of varying puzzles and mini games turned out to be a very poor excuse for a fishing expedition - literally. The game description lies. I will neither purchase this nor recommend it. Perhaps if I was offered MORE than fishingmy reaction would be different. Happy FISHING!
