The graphics are terrible and the structure is even worse. No multitasking. It seems like this was made 10 years ago.
Despite it's cartoony, dated graphics, I have had a lot of fun meeting the challenges in each level of this silly little TM game. A "casual" game in the true sense of the word... in my opinion, it should not be overlooked. Cute & delightful to play with all it's simplicity and quirkiness.
I seem to be one of the few who loved this game! I can agree with some of the downsides that the other reviewers mentioned, such as being a little slow at the beginning and the fact that if you make a mistake during a round it causes a great nuisance. Every time I made an error, I just quit to the main menu and got back in (and still had all the money I had spent to play the level) and replayed the level. One of the things I liked was that this gave me more of a challenge than many of the Dash games, because of how impatient certain characters are and the money disappears if you don't pick it up. It was a little frustrating at first but once you work out a strategy it's quite good. I also loved the different characters and the dialogue boxes when you went to do a mission; particularly some of the weird things the Clown said. I loved this game and am glad I bought it. Not everyone would, but if you're generally entertained with TM games you should find this a fun, cute and quirky little game.
I played the game and I loved it. To me, it was relaxing. The higher you go the harder it gets. I only wish I had more time to play the game. As you go, you get throught the challanges, you go on to another place located in the scene.
This is a truly unrewarding time management game, in which one error makes the level difficult to beat. The graphics are awful, full of implausible characters with distorted features. Others might enjoy the challenge, but for me, the visuals and the fact that it's so difficult to recover from a mistake make this game unplayable. If I had a redo, I wouldn't buy this game at any price.
I like Time Mgmt games and expected to like this too but I didn't. I understand Crissie's criticism of being to slow but, IMHO, it isn't the actual game play that is slow, it is the multiple screens you have to read and click thru between each challenge. I liked the concept of earning challenges but I'm not very good at "click as fast as you can" games, like the Dash games. It seemed to me that if you made one mistake in the level there wasn't room to reconnoiter and move on, so the whole challenge was a loss - but I have to admit I'm not very good at the type of game this turned out to be. One aspect I did NOT like was when I lost a level I got scolded and threatened; "You're never going to overtake Mr. Bigco like that! You'd better do better so I'm not wasting my talents on you." So said the 'helper' character. Very distasteful to scold and shame a player, when games are played for FUN. This game and I did not 'click' but I think someone who is good at those 'conveyor belt' games would likely enjoy it. I think someone should try it before deciding they don't like it because it isn't what it seems at first. ~ Jeanjaz
way better, the last 1 was too easy
Tried this game for about 10 minutes and decided that it was too slow paced for me. It seems to be based on dash type of games, which I like, but it was too slow in movement and in progress. This game does seem like it would be challenging, but to me, it seems to be slow paced and I didn't/don't have the patience to check it out fully - you only get an hour to test drive it before purchase... so, like everything else, some may like it, some may hate it.. so that makes it worth a try. Try it out ;) [I don't comment much on graphics/sounds because each computer is different - what I see/hear might not be the same for others.. someone else might have something better/worse] - but for me, graphics were ok and music/sound was fitting for the level you were on.
It took me a few levels to get the hang of this game, but I ended up playing out my trial time and had to buy it. Once you get past a few levels, you are given a choice of the next 'shop' to play for a specific award or upgrade. If you are successful, you earn the reward and some cash which allows you to progress on the map. If you fail, you lose the money you paid for the level at which point you can retry or play another opened venue. The characters and story line are cute & amusing. The ice cream choices are varied enough to make this a challenging, but not frustrating game for me. I like that I have a choice of which shop & bonus to play for each day.
