I find the game to be ok, it need work on the storyline. My thought is that it would be a good game for my granddaughter, she has started playing hidden objects as her favorite.
The storyline had no drive. No purpose at all. all the puzzles seem too easy. The conversations which you had to read went to fast. there also wasn't any character development. Its like the creators were like just throwing a story together. If they really would have took their time, Jessica probably would have been a good game.
Jessica - Mysterious Journey in my opinion left a lot to be desired. The story line and plot escaped me for quite a while and seemed to have no purpose or destibation. I think, which finally occurred to me near the end of the game, the purpose was to discover ancient treasure. The dialogue was of a comic book style which did not give nearly enough time to read and digest and consequently made it very mundane and unenjoyable. The graphics were not of the usually high standard but were only reasonably clear. The puzzles and mini games did not provide much of a challenge. The hidden objects were of two types - one of shapes which were very hard to find in most cases and the second were standard hidden objects, the list of which was very hard to decipher and read. I have definately played better games.
