I like puzzle games, and this one reminds a little bit of Puzzling Paws, which I also enjoyed. Entirely different styles, but both involve thinking through moves and letting your little grey cells work at a solution, and both have lovable graphics. The game gets steadily harder. I am not that far past the demo, but already met one level that baffled me for a while. As the complexity of the game pieces rises, the difficulty of finding a solution rises. Still, the game play is very understandable -- no mystery moves -- and you can choose to solve a level without getting the gold star and then go back later and try again once you have more experience. No time pressure whatsoever, which is really nice.
This puzzle game has everything...cute characters, great graphics, great fun factor, funny and an original/unique gameplay. Love, love, love this one!
this game is adorable. the graphics are bright and cheerful. the creatures are cute both in appearance and sound (i loved the little sounds they made!). the puzzles start out really easy but get harder as you go. i only played the trial but it looks like this will be a decent amount of game time from what i could tell. this game is so fun and also very family friendly (middle school age and up could probably do this game alone or with minimal help, younger children will need your assistance but you'll have a ton of fun helping them). i will be playing this with my kids (my teens love these kinds of puzzle games too). very cute, very clever. definite buy for me!
Delight is the correct word for this fun brain teaser. Not only is it challenging to connect the hands, but it's such fun. I love the happy sounds the Peablins make when they're all happy. Heck, I like all the sounds in this games. The bright colors make you feel happy. Okay, maybe not happy but there is a good feeling to seeing bright and warm colors. This is a game for the young as well as older. It becomes more difficult as you progress. Also, it' s the perfect game for an escape from all the Hidden Object Games. I love the hidden object games but sometimes you just need a break from the "sameness" of them. This is that game. I hope you try it and like it.
Wow! When I saw this I didn't think I'd like it, but I'm now a converted Peablins fan. These creatures are so cute and your job is to make sure that they're happy by making them hold each others hands. Even though I think this game was more designed for the very young generation I have added it to my list of games to buy, because I found it really uplifting and entertaining. This game will definitely brighten up any dull day. If on the other hand I'd be looking for a game to gift to a child I'd go for this one, as I found it extremely educational for a young person in pre-school and primary school age. The number of hands of Peablins varies, some have static hands while others can rotate their hands. Not only does this require some observation and maths, but it also shows that some Peablins are more restricted than others and need a little consideration to help meeting their needs. A lonely Peablin is a very sad sight indeed and unless all Peablins are happy the game won't go to the next level. What I really do like about this game is that it is not timed. Whilst I played the one hour trial my son walked in and watching me playing he insisted on taking over. You should have heard the 'awwws'. He strongly advised me to buy this game. If not for myself than for him.
I love a good puzzle and this one got progressively harder. I thought it looked cutesy, kidsy until I tried it.
Don't let appearances fool you, this is not a game only for children. It has the pleasant appearance and feel of a children's game but is a quite challenging puzzle game. The use of characters for puzzle pieces makes it easier to remember their weaknesses and strengths. The music is happy and relaxing and the theme is very positive. I have no finished it but I can go back to it anytime I feel like it and give the puzzle a try. It is not timed which is very important. You can collect stars but there are no points, not competition, just relaxation. Trial and error or mathematical thinking? Both work. The mechanics and navigation of the game are easy.
This is a new twist on a puzzle I've seen before. I played about 45 mins of the demo and already have seen 4 different kinds of "monsters", who all have different rules for how they like to be placed. It's been moderately challenging so far, but definitely interesting if you like brainteasers. Also the graphics and sounds are very cute. :)
What a pleasant surprise! This adorable game is quite the challange which I love. It seems like a childs game at first but don't be fooled. This game is for puzzlers who like to think and don't want to be rushed. Really great fun in my opinion. The little characters make me smile - they're just adorable. Give this game a try but play for the majority of the trial so you can see that this will challenge for sure.
This review is based on the demo. I think this is such a cute game! The little smiley faces look so cute when they are joined up, and they look so unhappy until you have them fixed up. I found the pictures just adorable. Okay, gushing aside, this is actually a pretty good puzzle game too. The object of the game is to join the pieces together in a continuous line. The pieces have varying connectors, which may look like hands, or tentacles if it is a squid. Some of the connectors must be rotated to join them up, and some move on their own. You also have the option of joining the character over the stars to earn a bonus. To advance to the next level, all characters must have all of their hands joined up to other hands so that they are happy. On some levels, you will have a heart board piece that you can place your characters on, and they will be happy even if you are unable to connect all of the hands. This is needed for levels where there is an uneven number of hands. The challenge level is just right; you have to think and plan ahead, but I never felt rushed or stressed by the game play. I plan to purchase this game.
