I throughly enjoyed playing this game, but for me, the big challenge was to finish with a perfect score. This took some doing and was a difficult (but not impossible) task. Recommended!
I have a weakness for tower defense games. This one is tricky yet fun and it is great for playing again and again. Which strategy do you try this time? What do you upgrade first? Are one type of tower better than another? There's no "right" way to win, but there are plenty ways to lose. You start out with so many lives that can be killed by monsters getting through your defense, but that number can be increased by people running to escape the impending hoard, and reduced by a possible upgrade. So it's possible to stave off a loss until the very end of the game. Minor complaints: There's only one save slot, and the endless siege is only one one map. I'd love to do endless on all of them. All in all a good buy if you like tower defense games.
I enjoyed it a lot! Good game.
Too difficult starting off. There are very few repeatable strategies that work. The towers have to be placed and leveled in a specific order to ensure your survival thus eliminating creativity and tower development. Survival mode is the only redeeming feature in the game. Progressively gets more difficult and allows you to freely place and level your towers.
When I want to spend time away from everything, this is where I go. Although it's not high tech, some of the creatures are unique. When the ice towers kick-in the game play gets a stutter, but that is the only performance problem that I have found. This is the first game I purchased from Big Fish when I found their site a couple of years ago, and this is the game at the top of my list of my most often played games.
This game looks good and plays good, but is way to short and way to easy. I did not realize before I bought it that I had almost beat it during the one hour free trial. The replay is decent which makes up for some of it, but playing the same boards over and over is not all that much fun. Another downside is the difficulty is not adjustable and I have never lost a round which means it is way to easy.
This tower defense game is very challenging. Non stop action.
MY KIND OF GAME. IT WAS FUN GIVE. I CAN'T WAIT FOR 2 TO COME OUT, I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE AS GOOD AS THE FIRST ONE. SO HURRY BIG FISH.
It is a really good tower defense game with excellent graphics
