This is an older game. It is similar to a match 3 game, but different in that you make matches in a ring, either along the ring's circumference or down one sector of the ring. I have only played the relaxed mode, but a puzzle mode and an arcade mode are also available. It is a great game to while away an hour with. I find it only frustrating in that when no moves are available, it is game over! My goal now is to get beyond the 16th level - it may take a while! So if you're looking for a neat little game with replay value, consider this one!
I usually HATE ring games when playing them in an HOG. But, this game had me at the first level. Storyline: None Graphics: Great. Very easy to distinguish colors from each other and nothing blinding to the eyes. Sound: Music so relaxing and soothing. Just wonderful. Game Play: The object of the game is to get matches of 3 or more colored rings, fill up your leader board and finish the level. You earn various bombs for getting 4, 5, or 6 of the same colors together. And there are so many ways to make the match 3 or more that I was up to Level 8 in no time. There is a "dark board" that is insinuated to be difficult to destroy but I had no problems. My problems were the vines that would wrap around a ring and then that entire section of rings could not move. There are several modes of play: Relaxed, Arcade, Adventure and something similar to Quick Time. There is a hint button but each time you use it you lose "time" on your leader board resulting in needing more matches to finish. There is an ongoing tutorial which I liked. When something new was going to happen, you were "warned" beforehand. This Glam-ma fell in love with this game immediately. I played relaxed mode and it was, very relaxing. The only reason I will not purchase it, and it makes me very sad, because otherwise I would still be playing it, is your game is not saved when you quit. I tried several times and each time I had to start at Level 1 - the pits. HAH - level 1 - the pits - I slay me. LOL. Seriously, this Glam-ma found that to be a serious defect in the game and if the devs have a sequel perhaps that's an issue that can be fixed. Unless I was doing something wrong and the, that's up to you to figure out. Although this Glam-ma is disappointed she won't be purchasing the game, I HIGHLY recommend you try the free demo. If you like the ring game in hidden object games you will absolutely love this game. The review of this game is based on this Glam-
